Pages in a Blog
In addition to posts, you can have pages in a blog. Depending on your preferences, you can allow comments on a page.
The advantage to pages is that they are static. You’ll find a link to pages throughout the site.
Why would you use a page instead of a post? You might use a page for information that you want readily available. For example, nearly every blog has an About page. It can be used to tell information about the blog, the blog’s author(s) and anything else.
Once you start thinking in blog-lingo, you’re likely to come up with your own ideas for pages.
